Preface
Nosodes are among the most useful — and the least clearly documented — medicines in homoeopathic practice. Practitioners in Pakistan increasingly receive patients with laboratory reports showing a positive organism (H. pylori, Typhoid, Hepatitis, Candida and many others) and ask a simple question: which nosode, in which potency, and when? This literature was compiled to answer that question in one place for the complete range of nosodes in the Kamal Homoeopathic Potencies Order Book.
The method of use follows the practical, experience-based approach of Dr. Ali Mohammad of Rawalpindi, to whom this work is dedicated. For each nosode the reader will find its category and source, the clinical conditions the organism produces in the patient (in English and Urdu), the laboratory test that identifies it, and the potencies available.
How to find a nosode: use the A–Z list of nosodes at the end of this page — click any name to open its product page, which gives its clinical conditions (English and Urdu), identification test, potencies and dose.
This is guidance literature for qualified homoeopathic physicians; it is not a materia medica, and it is not intended for self-medication by patients. Suggestions and corrections from colleagues are welcome for future editions.

Part 1 — About Nosodes
Definition
Nosodes are homoeopathic medicines prepared from disease products of humans or animals, from pathogenic organisms or their metabolic products, or from decomposition products of animal organs. The source material is sterilised or inactivated and potentised by pharmacopoeial methods (HPUS / HAB-GHP). They are not vaccines.
Source of Kamal Nosodes
Kamal Laboratories states that the base (back) potencies of these nosodes are imported from abroad at the lowest potency available, and are then potentised by Kamal Laboratories up to CM.
When Nosodes Are Prescribed
Nosodes are not first-hand treatment. They are prescribed when well-selected homoeopathic remedies are not working or fail, when the disease recurs again and again, or when a bacterium / virus is positive in a laboratory test.
Method of Use
Based on the practical, experience-based approach of Dr. Ali Mohammad, a well-known homoeopath of Rawalpindi, explained in his many lectures on YouTube, nosodes can be used in a simple and systematic way:
- Laboratory test positive for the particular bacterium / virus (e.g. H. pylori, Typhoid, Hepatitis C, Candida).
- Match the patient's symptoms with the clinical conditions of that organism given in Part 2.
- If they match, give that nosode.
Uses
- To help control the infection of the particular organism and relieve its clinical complications.
- To clear the miasmatic affection.
- To remove the obstruction to the action of a well-selected remedy (intercurrent use).
Potency and Dose
Potency: 1M generally; 200C at times; 30C rarely.
Dose: One dose a day; may be repeated after 3–7, 15 or 30 days, or as advised by the physician.
Packs
10 ml, 20 ml, 30 ml and 120 ml. The 450 ml pack is for registered homoeopathic practitioners only — the NCH registration number is required with the order.
Important
Strictly for use on the advice of a qualified homoeopathic physician. Patients must not self-medicate after reading this literature. This is guidance literature for practitioners — it is not a materia medica.

Nosode Product Pages
The product page of each nosode shows its category and source, then the clinical conditions and complications that the organism produces in the patient — the states in which the nosode is used in potentised form (e.g. H. pylori positive: gastritis, dyspepsia, recurrent ulcer, bleeding), the laboratory test that identifies the organism, and the potencies available from Kamal. For proved remedies such as Lyssin / Hydrophobinum, the key symptoms of the materia medica are given instead.
