Mouth: Non-healing ulcer; white or red patches; lump in cheek or tongue; restricted mouth opening.

منہ: نہ بھرنے والا زخم؛ سفید یا سرخ دھبے؛ گال یا زبان میں گانٹھ؛ منہ کا کم کھلنا۔

Glands: Hard neck glands.

غدود: گردن کے سخت غدود۔

Generalities: History of gutka, paan, niswar or tobacco.

عمومی: گٹکا، پان، نسوار یا تمباکو کی تاریخ۔

Generalities: Personal or family history of the same condition; never well since its diagnosis, surgery, chemotherapy or radiotherapy; weakness and weight loss.
