Gingivitis (Nosode)

Source: Nosode prepared from pathological material prepared from material from inflamed gums (gingivitis) by homoeopathic potentisation, following pharmacopoeial methods.

Key notes: Nosode of Gingivitis; considered where the patient shows features of this condition: red, swollen, bleeding gums on brushing; tartar; worse in pregnancy, diabetes, smoking and poor oral hygiene.

Materia medica indications — میٹیریا میڈیکا میں مذکور کیفیات

Mouth: Red, swollen, bleeding gums on brushing; bad breath; receding gums.

منہ: سرخ، سوجے مسوڑھے جو برش سے خون دیں؛ منہ کی بدبو؛ مسوڑھوں کا پیچھے ہٹنا۔

Teeth: Tartar; sensitive teeth; loosening.

دانت: دانتوں پر میل؛ حساس دانت؛ ہلنا۔

Generalities: Worse in pregnancy, diabetes, smoking and poor oral hygiene.

عمومی: حمل، ذیابیطس، تمباکو نوشی اور منہ کی ناقص صفائی میں زیادہ۔

Selection grounds: (1) a diagnosed history of this condition, with symptoms matching its clinical picture; (2) ailments never well since the condition or its treatment; (3) a strong family history of the same condition.
