Urtica urens (Stinging nettle)

Source: Small stinging nettle; family Urticaceae. Plant kingdom.

ماخذ: بچھو بوٹی؛ خاندان ارٹیسیسی۔ نباتاتی دوا۔

Key notes: A remedy for deficient milk, urticaria and burns; profuse discharge from mucous surfaces; enlarged spleen; antidotes ill-effects of eating shell-fish; urticaria; burns and scalds; erythema and itching blotches; rheumatism associated with urticaria-like eruptions; gouty states; deficient secretion of milk; uric acid elimination increased.

Head: Vertigo, headache, with spleen pains.

سر: تلی کے درد کے ساتھ چکر، سر درد۔

Abdomen: Diarrhoea, chronic, with mucus; enlarged spleen.

پیٹ: پرانے، بلغمی دست؛ تلی بڑھی۔

Urinary: Diminished secretion of urine; uric acid elimination increased.

پیشاب کے اعضاء: پیشاب کی رطوبت میں کمی؛ یورک ایسڈ کا اخراج بڑھے۔

Female: Diminished secretion of milk; uterine haemorrhage; acrid and excoriating discharges; itching of vulva; stinging and swelling; profuse menses; excessive swelling of breasts.

زنانہ اعضاء: دودھ کی رطوبت میں کمی؛ بچہ دانی سے خون؛ تیز اور چھیلنے والی رطوبتیں؛ فرج کی خارش؛ ڈنک اور سوجن؛ زیادہ ماہواری؛ چھاتیوں کی بہت زیادہ سوجن۔

Extremities: Pain in acromial joint and deltoid; rheumatism of ankles and wrists; gout-like states.

Skin: Itching blotches; urticaria, burning heat, with formication; violent itching; consequences of suppressed nettle-rash; burns confined to skin; erythema; burning and stinging; herpes labialis.
