Head: Compressive pain, with vertigo; tension in occiput and nape; head feels as if falling forward; scalp sensitive.

سر: چکر کے ساتھ دبانے والا درد؛ گدی اور گردن کی پشت میں تناؤ؛ سر جیسے آگے گر رہا ہو؛ سر کی جلد حساس۔

Stomach: Desire for black coffee, stimulants; aversion to food; everything tastes flat; distension; fainting while eating.

معدہ: کڑوی کافی اور محرکات کی خواہش؛ کھانے سے بیزاری؛ ہر چیز بے ذائقہ؛ پیٹ پھولنا؛ کھاتے ہوئے غشی۔

Male: Violent desire; involuntary emissions; premature emission.

Female: Menses too early, too profuse, with disposition to faint; sexual desire, with intolerable titillation in parts.

Respiratory: Tightness of chest; feels as if suffocating; spasm of glottis; nervous, hysterical asthma; cough ceases, mucus cannot be expectorated.

نظامِ تنفس: سینے کی تنگی؛ جیسے دم گھٹ رہا ہو؛ حلق کا تشنج؛ اعصابی، ہسٹیریائی دمہ؛ کھانسی رکے، بلغم نہ نکلے۔

Heart: Hysterical palpitation; trembling around heart; weak pulse and fainting.

دل: ہسٹیریائی دھڑکن؛ دل کے گرد کپکپی؛ کمزور نبض اور غشی۔

Extremities: Tension in muscles; jerking of limbs; coldness; cramps.

Modalities: Worse: cold, excitement. Better: open air, rubbing.
