Key notes: Especially indicated in infancy and old age; scrofulous children with slow mental and physical development, who do not grow; dwarfish; enlarged tonsils and glands; old people with cardiac, vascular and cerebral degeneration; very sensitive to cold; offensive foot sweat.

Head: Vertigo; stitches when standing in the sun; brain feels loose; hair falls out; confusion; wens.

سر: چکر؛ دھوپ میں کھڑے ہونے پر چبھن؛ دماغ ڈھیلا محسوس ہونا؛ بال گرنا؛ الجھن؛ رسولیاں۔

Throat: Submaxillary glands and tonsils swollen; takes cold easily with stitches and smarting; quinsy; suppurating tonsils from every cold; can swallow only liquids; smarting pain when swallowing.

گلا: جبڑے کے نیچے کے غدود اور ٹانسلز سوجے؛ آسانی سے نزلہ اور چبھن؛ گلے کا پھوڑا؛ ہر نزلے سے ٹانسلز میں پیپ؛ صرف مائع نگل سکتا ہے؛ نگلنے پر جلن والا درد۔

Stomach: Water brash, hiccough; sensation of a stone in stomach after eating; pain and sensitiveness.

Respiratory: Dry suffocative cough, especially in the old, full of mucus but lacking strength to expectorate; chronic aphonia.

نظامِ تنفس: خصوصاً بزرگوں میں خشک دم گھونٹنے والی کھانسی، بلغم بھرا مگر نکالنے کی طاقت نہیں؛ پرانی آواز کی بندش۔

Heart: Palpitation and discomfort in cardiac region; high blood pressure with vascular degeneration in the old (as described).

دل: دل کی جگہ دھڑکن اور بے آرامی؛ بزرگوں میں شریانوں کی کمزوری کے ساتھ بلند فشارِ خون (جیسا مذکور ہے)۔

Extremities: Pain in axillary glands; cold, clammy feet; offensive foot sweat; toes and soles painful; numbness from knees to scrotum.

اعضاء (ہاتھ پاؤں): بغل کے غدود میں درد؛ ٹھنڈے، چپچپے پاؤں؛ پاؤں کا بدبودار پسینہ؛ انگلیوں اور تلووں میں درد؛ گھٹنوں سے نیچے سن پن۔

Male: Diminished desire and premature impotence; enlarged prostate; indurated testes.

Modalities: Worse: while thinking of symptoms, from washing, lying on painful side. Better: walking in open air.
