Key notes: All symptoms of Aranea are characterised by periodicity and coldness, and great susceptibility to dampness; patient feels cold to the very bones; coldness not relieved by anything; feels as if parts were enlarged and heavier; wakes at night with hands feeling twice their natural size; diseases whose seat is in the bones, especially os calcis; bone pains; ailments from dwelling in damp localities.

Head: Pain in facial bones, periodical, at same hour; confused; better smoking in open air; sudden pain in teeth at night immediately after lying down.

سر: چہرے کی ہڈیوں میں وقفے سے، اسی گھنٹے درد؛ الجھن؛ کھلی ہوا میں تمباکو نوشی سے بہتر؛ لیٹتے ہی رات کو دانتوں میں اچانک درد۔

Abdomen: Enlarged spleen; heaviness in lower abdomen, as from a stone; diarrhoea.

پیٹ: بڑھی ہوئی تلی؛ نچلے پیٹ میں پتھر جیسا بوجھ؛ دست۔

Female: Menses too early, too copious; distension of abdomen; pain from spleen.

زنانہ اعضاء: ماہواری بہت جلدی، بہت زیادہ؛ پیٹ پھولا؛ تلی سے درد۔

Extremities: Bone pain in extremities; os calcis painful; numbness; parts feel enlarged; hands feel twice natural size on waking.

اعضاء (ہاتھ پاؤں): اعضاء میں ہڈیوں کا درد؛ ایڑی کی ہڈی دردناک؛ سن پن؛ حصے بڑے محسوس؛ جاگنے پر ہاتھ دگنے لگیں۔

Sleep: Restless; wakes as if hands and forearms were swollen.

نیند: بے چین؛ ایسے جاگے جیسے ہاتھ اور بازو سوجے ہوں۔

Fever: Coldness, with pain in long bones and feeling of ice in bones; chill at same hour daily; whole body feels cold.

بخار: ٹھنڈک، لمبی ہڈیوں میں درد اور ہڈیوں میں برف کا احساس؛ روزانہ اسی وقت کپکپی؛ پورا جسم ٹھنڈا۔

Modalities: Worse: damp weather, late in afternoon and at midnight. Better: smoking tobacco.

کمی بیشی: بڑھتی ہے: نم موسم، دوپہر کے بعد دیر سے اور آدھی رات۔ بہتر: تمباکو نوشی۔
