Urinary: Urinary-tract infection: burning, frequency, cloudy urine; recurring cystitis; pyelonephritis.

پیشاب کے اعضاء: پیشاب کی نالی کا انفیکشن: جلن، بار بار حاجت، گدلا پیشاب؛ بار بار مثانے کی سوزش؛ گردے کا انفیکشن۔

Stool: Travellers’ diarrhoea; bloody diarrhoea from toxin-producing strains.

پاخانہ: سفر کے دست؛ زہر بنانے والی قسموں سے خونی دست۔

Kidneys: Haemolytic-uraemic syndrome after bloody diarrhoea.

گردے: خونی دستوں کے بعد گردوں کا ناکارہ ہونا اور خون کے خلیوں کی ٹوٹ پھوٹ۔

Children: Neonatal meningitis and sepsis.

بچے: نومولود میں گردن توڑ بخار اور خون کا زہر۔

Selection grounds: (1) a positive laboratory report for this organism, with symptoms matching its clinical picture; (2) ailments never well since an infection with it; (3) recurring or chronic infection with the same organism, or its lingering after-effects.
